We’re heading up, up and away in today’s 360 degree video which comes to us following an announcement at Startup Fest Europe. The event, which lasts until the 28th has a number of big name keynote speakers such as Apple’s Tim Cook, Eric Schmidt from Google’s parent company Alphabet and Travis Kalanick and Nathan Blecharczyk from Uber and Airbnb respectively.

We however are concerned with Virtual reality (VR) experience The Elevator Pitch, which was presented by 72andSunny Amsterdam and MediaMonks and takes users on what the creators term a ‘Willy Wonka-style’ trip through a variety of Dutch technology startup projects. Giving a showcase of some of the ingenuity being used to make the most of natural resources. Be it generating electricity from wetlands, utilising heat from computer servers to heat water in radiators and more.

The Elevator Pitch can be viewed on the Startup Fest Europe website (http://www.startupfesteurope.com/elevatorpitch/) with a Samsung Gear VR or Google Cardboard. The YouTube version you can see below. VRFocus will be back with another Life In 360° on Friday.
