The upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible space combat experience Star Citizen by indie developer Cloud Imperium Games, will be featuring an all star cast of voice actors. The actors will feature in a single player game mode called Squadron 42, which is due for release next year.

Reported by MCV, the list of actors includes big names like Gary Oldman (Leon, Fifth Element, The Dark Knight), Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes), Gillian Anderson (X-Files) and Mark Hamill (Star Wars) to name a few. Currently the full list is as follows, but more names are due to be added.

Star Citizen currently features support for the Oculus Rift VR head-mounted display (HMD), but no other HMD’s have yet been confirmed. Chris Roberts the founder of Cloud Imperium Games Corporation has previously hinted: “There’s some pretty cool new stuff like the Valve headset as well. That was on our longer term road map,” but this was back in August, and no further details have been mentioned.
