In a very low key announcement today Japanese studio D3 Publisher has revealed a new videogame for Sony Interactive Entertainment’s (SIE’s) PlayStation VR head-mounted display (HMD) for PlayStation 4. Translated, the title called Happy Manager has its own dedicated website which simply says ‘Coming Soon’.

Shiawasesou no Kanrinin-san is the actual Japanese title, and normally a translation might bring up something completely different in English, but Happy Manager does feature in the URL of the website.

There are few details to go on at present, with no screenshots or teaser videos to be found at present. What we can tell you is that Happy Manager is a love simulation/adventure title that is due for release in Winter 2016. With the mixture of Japanese and English text on the website it’s unclear if the videogame will get a worldwide release or just a local Japanese version.

The PlayStation VR had an impressive line up of titles at the recent Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, California. The platform featured newly announced Resident Evil 7, Batman Arkham and Final Fantasy XV alongside a multitude of previously revealed videogames.

The headset is due to have over 50 titles available from launch day on 13th October 2016 until the end of the year which Shawn Layden Chairman of SIE Worldwide Studios told attendees at the E3 press-conference.

VRFocus will continue its coverage of PlayStation VR, reporting back with any new content updates.
