It’s the end of yet another month and a great time to update Pano2VR! Today, we released Pano2VR 7.1.2, which is a bug-fix release and addresses these issues:

  • The panorama no longer covers pinned elements in single-resolution panoramas in VR
  • The internal web server is more stable when used with Safari on macOS
  • Hanging when switching projects fixed
  • Viewer elements are now correctly placed when the FoV is over 120º
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes the size values went missing in a skin element’s properties
  • You can now use fractional numbers for street view levels
  • The radar for a map pin was missing for some projects, fixed

Additionally, we added support for cropped equirectangular VR180 video exported by some cameras and changed the feather mask so that a patch is applied only when a mask is added.

Check for updates in Pano2VR. This is a free update for all Pano2VR 7 license holders.

…that we and the community share Components on our forum? These are free of charge and to use. Check the Components Index for a list of components made by our team (namely, Hopki).

Hopki’s latest component is a Google Style compass and zoom buttons. Download the GGSKC, double-click the file to open in the Skin Editor, and add it to the Components Toolbox.
