Taking place during September in Austin, Texas is the Austin Game Conference (AGC) back for the first time since 2012. The two day event aims to provide critical insight into developing live, participatory games with real-time engagement between developers, players and spectators. Consisting of five conference tracks the schedule has now been updated to fill most of the slots available.

The AGC starts with a keynote address from secretive mixed reality (MR) company Magic Leap’s Chief Game Wizard, Graeme Devine a veteran game developer with more than 30 years of experience, working on titles such as Pole Position, The 7th Guest, The 11th Hour, Quake III Arena, Doom 3, and Halo Wars.

After the keynote the conference will split into its five separate tracks: Business, Production, Virtual Reality (VR)/ Augmented Reality (AR), Design and Audience.

The VR/AR track currently has seven list talks with two still to be announced. These are:

AGC takes place between 21st – 22nd September 2016 and super early bird tickets are still available until 29th July for $249 USD for an all access ticket, excluding fees. The normal price online will be $449 or you can purchase on site for $549.
