Yesterday VRFocus reported on a new short 360-degree movie called Junkbots arriving on the Jaunt VR app, created by YouTube content creator Sam Macaroni. Now the app gets another film, this time though its a travel piece called Machu Picchu, The Lost City of the Inca.

Created by xRez Studio the short film takes viewers on a travel guide to Peru. Starting at the country’s capital city Cusco, the narrator Natalie describes the culture of Peru you head up into the Andes, exploring the achievements of the ancient Incas which were all inspired by their worship of the sun.

As with all of Jaunt VR’s 360-degree videos there’s a couple of ways viewers can enjoy the experience. Via PC you can watch Machu Picchu, The Lost City of the Inca on JauntVR.com with a compatible browser, controlling the film with the WASD keys or with your mouse. On smartphones its even better as through the app you’ll be able to use a Google Cardboard or similar head-mounted display (HMD). And its also available for Samsung’s Gear VR headset.

VRFocus will continue to bring you the latest Jaunt VR content as new movies are unveiled.
