Exclusive virtual reality (VR) title Loading Human: Chapter 1 is due for release at some point later this year, for Oculus Rift and PlayStation VR head-mounted displays (HMDs). Prior to release though Maximum Games has announced today that the videogame will be featured in its Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) lineup in June.
A trade only event, E3 is the largest videogame show in the world and Maximum Games will be on the show floor in the south hall of the LA Convention Center from Tuesday, 14th June 2016 to Thursday, 16th June 2016.
“We’re coming to this year’s E3 with the strongest, most diverse collection of games in Maximum Games’ history,” said Christina Seelye, CEO of Maximum Games. “Our lineup this year represents our passion to continuously push boundaries, whether it’s with a risk-taking genre or cutting-edge technology. We even have a couple of unannounced surprises!”
Being developed by Untold Games Loading Human: Chapter 1 is a futuristic, sci-fi adventure. Players are cast as Prometheus a scientist summoned to his fathers lab in Antarctica. There he must embark on a journey to retrieve the Quintessence, a powerful energy source.
