Previously when the PlayStation VR pre-orders hit, the bundles were taken up within the day due to high demand for the head-mounted display (HMD). Now the Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) VP has announced there to be just one more chance to pre-order the bundle.

It came earlier today when there was once again another update added to the PlayStation VR Launch Bundle post on the US PlayStation blog that initially announced the offers. What was added to the post by John Koller, VP of SCEA, was as follows: “As promised, we’re opening our summer wave of PS VR pre-orders starting Thursday, June 30 at 7:00 AM Pacific on GameStop.com. Supplies are limited, and this is your final chance to pre-order. If you miss out, we will have product available in retail stores nationwide at launch.”

To refresh minds of what is included in these bundles, the contents will contain: the PlayStation VR HMD, all the cables that are needed to connect the HMD to the PlayStation 4, stereo headphones as a standardised addition to most electronics, PlayStation VR demo disc, the PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move motion controllers that are used in some but not all videogames, and the PlayStation VR Worlds disc. There is still the core bundle available to pre-order which doesn’t include the PlayStation Camera, PlayStation Move controllers, or the PlayStation VR Worlds disc.

When this bundle goes live at the time stated above, which will only count for those in the US, there is no telling how many units are actually available to pre-order. The Launch Bundle will be priced at $499.99 USD, and the PlayStation VR core bundle is already priced at £399.99.
