Skonec Entertainment Co., Ltd.’s Mortal Blitz VR is picking up the pace in anticipation of its forthcoming PlayStation VR launch later this year. Originally announced for PlayStation VR in November last year, Mortal Blitz VR is already available for the Gear VR, Samsung and Oculus VR’s mobile head-mounted display (HMD). However, Skonec has promised that the PlayStation VR version will be a significant upgrade.

The debut screenshots available below hint at just what this ‘upgrade’ may entail. While the Gear VR edition of the videogame is limited to a single weapon on a head-locked trajectory, Mortal Blitz VR clear features PlayStation Move implementation to allow for dual-wielding uncoupled from the player’s viewpoint. Other improvements can clearly be seen in the visual quality and the addition of team-mates during gameplay.

Following the announcement that Mortal Blitz VR would be available for the PlayStation VR at launch in Korea, VRFocus spoke with Skonec and confirmed that the title would see a western release at the same time in October 2016. The debut screenshots for the PlayStation VR version of Mortal Blitz VR follow below and VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest from Skonec.
