In this video, I show you how the Apple Watch can control the Insta360 One R. Unlike the GoPro app in the past, you do not need to have your iPhone connected for this to work. The Insta360 One R connects directly to the watch. The Insta360 One R Apple Watch App works well as a remote and gives you some basic control and settings you can change like switching modes and setting resolution. I have only tested the functionality with an Apple Watch Series 5.
