vTime, the first virtual reality social network, launched on Google Cardboard earlier this month and its creator, the UK-based studio Starship Group, has now announced that it will be one of the confirmed titles for PlayStation VR.

The social networking experience lets you create an avatar and interact with other users in a variety of virtual worlds. Users can gather in immersive environments and either talk to friends or meet new ones using Random Match. There is a range of options to make meetings more flexible and they can also connect other social media accounts to the network.

The experience will be one of 50 titles confirmed for launch this year by Sony Computer Entertainment. The number of titles was announced today at Sony’s press conference which took place at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. vTime is also expected to arrive on the Oculus Rift in the future.
