Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. recently announced intentions to enter the world of virtual reality (VR) as a publisher of videogames. The first two titles set to launch from the label, Casino Palace and Boxie, have now been confirmed for multiple formats including HTC Vive, Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, Google Cardboard and PlayStation VR.

Casino Palace is being developed for both VR and non-VR devices. Supported VR devices include HTC Vive, Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, and Google Cardboard. Supported non-VR devices include iOS (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) and Android. Casino Palace supports social interaction between players and real-money + Bitcoin transactions.

Boxie is being developed for VR devices and supports cross-connectivity with VR and non-VR companion apps. Supported VR devices include PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift. The companion apps provide a mix of interactive spectator experiences and unlock unique content in the Boxie videogame. Boxie also supports social interaction and sharing between players.

“The VR market is another means through which the Company can generate a ‘recurring release calendar’ and further expand operations,” said Soul and Vibe’s CEO and President, Peter Anthony (“Tony”) Chiodo. “The VR platform will help further transition Soul and Vibe into a very robust content company with a cross section of highly valuable IP.”

“We are very excited to have partnered with Soul and Vibe to publish Casino Palace and Boxie,” said Gabor Kadas, Human Soft Inc.’s President and CEO. “We believe there is great potential in partnering with Soul and Vibe as the synergy created by this publishing agreement will benefit both companies long term.”
