Canadian indie game developer, Sarah Northway of Northway Games, uploaded raw gameplay on YouTube this week of the reimagined virtual reality (VR) version of Fantastic Contraption, originally released in 2008 as a 2D building flash game. The videogame is in development for the PC-based head-mounted display (HMD), HTC Vive.

The VR modified game still operates the same as the original, where the player builds a moving contraption to get the red ball to the goal from one floating piece of land to another. However, there are additional features that increase the game’s interactivity and appeal, such as the cat companion at the start of the video, and xylophone at the end.
