Last month High Voltage Software, developer of upcoming Oculus Rift exclusive Damaged Core, announced a second virtual reality (VR) project in Dragon Front, which is also coming to Oculus VR’s head-mounted display (HMD). This appears to be the project that the developer promised it would start talking about around the time of the 2016 Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco and, sure enough, it’s now been confirmed the title will be at the event next week.

As already reported, both a brand new build of Damaged Core and Dragon Front will be at the show next week as part of a vast line-up of VR experiences. Dragon Front is VR’s first collectable card game (CCG) in which players will be decks to battle that will be brought to life in front of their eyes. The title features multiplayer support and is also one of the few experiences that can be played with Oculus VR’s simplified controller, the Oculus Remote.

Recent rumours have suggested that Dragon Front could also come to the Gear VR in the future, though this is yet to be confirmed. Stay tuned to VRFocus for the latest on the project.
