I’ve been experimenting with different ways of using the Quest, apart from gaming. This video will focus on whether the Quest 2 can be used for working out, burning calories and building muscle.

I tested 4 separate games/apps that are meant to be great for working up a sweat, including Blaston, The Thrill of The Fight, Fit XR & Beatsaber. Are these games really good enough to replace a workout?

The Quest 2 has also recently been updated with a new fitness focussed app which will tell you how many calories you burned per session and what game/app you were using. Clearly Oculus see’s the potential of the Quest as a fitness device.
