Yesterday VRFocus reported on a new advert from Samsung showcasing some of the virtual reality (VR) videogames that are available on its Gear VR smartphone-based head-mounted display (HMD), made in partnership with Oculus VR. The short video showcased experiences such as the recently released Gunjack and Temple Run VR. Now the company has another new trailer for the device, this time focusing on some of the cinematic applications that are made possible with its head-tracking technology and more.

This is another short clip that this time features footage from Felix and Paul Studios’ Jurassic World experience as well as other applications that have been produced by. New York Times VR and Mountain Dew. Using Gear VR players are able to immerse themselves in brand new environments and use head-tracking to look around them as if they were really there.

Gear VR is currently available for $99 USD/£79 GBP. VRFocus will continue to follow the kit closely, reporting back with the latest updates on its progress.
