I had a hunch that 360 cameras could be used to create cinematic video similar to what we find in Hollywood and other high budget productions. I challenged myself to recreate these Hollywood style shots using a 360 camera and a selfie stick.

For many of these effects you can use other cameras like the GoPro Max, however the editing features of the One R make it easier to use. If you want the cinematic look I was going for then you should also apply some color correction and change the aspect ratio.
