Phaser Lock Interactive’s Final Approach: Pilot Edition is set to arrive on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift very soon, with a PlayStation VR version also in development. Ahead of that launch VRFocus has a selection of brand new screenshots for your eyes to feast on.
Final Approach: Pilot Edition is a version of the popular HTC Vive title, Final Approach, designed for virtual reality (VR) platforms without motion-controller support. Players will take direct control of planes and other vehicles as well as using the original Final Approach’s ‘zoom points’ to get down to ground level, putting out fires and manning guns to take out enemy fighters.
Prior to Phaser Lock Interactive’s reveal of Final Approach: Pilot Edition, VRFocus got hands-on with the videogame. In a preview of Final Approach: Pilot Edition, VRFocus stated: “Its adjustment where needed, opposed to fixing something that isn’t broken. Phaser Lock Interactive has been careful not to overcook Final Approach on HTC Vive, and here on Oculus Rift it may be a different game, but the studio is clearly determined to keep it within the same ballpark.”
