I exported the video from Insta360 Studio from a mac. I had to use a Spatial Media Metadata Injector to make it VR recognizable. Resolution is 5760X2880. Bitrate was Superb (150Mbps) and it exported it as a .mp4 and I uploaded the export file. For the 3 min 7 sec clip it shows a 45 minute upload time for a 3.51 GB file. My Insta360 One X camera settings were ISO at less than 1600, Shutter Auto, Log off, 5.7K 30fps. Also wanted to see how the on camera mic sounded in a loud environment. After upload the processing says 6 minutes.
