The inaugural Vision AR/VR Summit 2016 which takes place next month for artists, engineers, programmers, designers, producers and any other professional in the virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) industry, will hosting its own set of awards. Now the event organisers have announced the finalists for each award category.
The awards are split over 8 categories and the winners will be announced at a ceremony taking place on February 10th, 2016 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, California. A distinguished panel of judges will be selecting the winners, including: Brandon Bray from Microsoft, Jed Ashforth from Sony, Chris Pruett from Oculus, Timoni West from Unity Technologies, Per Nielsen from PTC, and Will Mason from UploadVR.
