Taking place in Paris, France next year is a brand new exhibition dedicated to all things virtual reality (VR) related. Called Virtuality, it’ll be an industry focused event looking to bring together professionals for several days of networking and talks on VR.

Even at this early stage five exhibitors have already been confirmed, Okio Studio, MAIF, Smart & Geek, FHF and Unimersiv. Okio Studio specialises in 360-video production, creating experiences for Jean Paul Gaultier – Be The Bottle – and Samsung – Cine des Chefs. MAIF is an insurer that’s created its own VR app My Data, while Smart & Geek is a digital agency. FHF funds research into healthcare and the recovery of patients.

Unimersiv is probably the best known to VRFocus readers out of the five as the learning platform which launched an app on Samsung’s mobile head-mounted display (HMD) Gear VR last month. The company’s website also features a selection of VR experiences for the Oculus Rift as well.

Virtuality will include several talks over the three days with speakers including: Antoine Cayrol, CEO, Studio Okio; Facundo Diaz, CEO, Vrtify; Alexandra Ivanovitch, Fellow in Digital Humanities; Jeff Wasson, Partner, Boost VC; Matthias Puschmann, co-founder & Managing Director, Vast Media and Melanie Peron, Founder, Bliss.

The exhibition will be held between the 24th – 26th February 2017 at the Centquatre-Paris. Tickets are already available with a one day pass costing €15.00 EUR. A three day pass will cost €40.00, while a PRO ticket is €150.00.

As further exhibitors and speakers are announced VRFocus will keep you up to date.
