The best way to grill corn on the cob is directly over the coals. By not using foil or cooking in a husk you get that really good grill flavor into the corn. In my experience cooking in foil or even the husk you get more of a steamed corn and not grilled corn. Not only is this method of grilling corn on the cob easy but your also going to get good flavorful Corn on the cob. The best way to grill corn on the cob is over the coals and then basting it with the BBQ butter I show in the video.

I like to set up the PK grill for 2 zone cooking – I cook the corn over medium heat until the Kernels begin to soften then I put over the coals to char up and bring out all the flavor. I then melt down some unsalted-butter, GQue BBQ rub (to purchase rub click link below) and garlic. This is a heavenly concoction for corn on the cob. Be sure to make extra as this is the best way to grill corn on the cob its also an easy way to grill corn on the cob.
