The Ricoh Theta Z2 could be announced this week! There’s some evidence to suggest that the next generation professional Theta camera is on the way and an announcement could be made on the 25th of February.
I should stress that this is currently just a rumour and there are no confirmed reports of a new Ricoh Theta camera, however some social media posts seem to suggest there will be.
The Ricoh Theta Z1 became the go-to all in one 360 camera for creation virtual tours. What will the Theta Z2 bring? I hope to see an upgrade in resolution, some optical improvements to reduce noise, better battery life and removable memory.
