Psyop’s Kismet made its virtual reality (VR) debut for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift earlier this month. Today however sees its arrival on Oculus Home, offering native support for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) as standard.

Kismet is a videogame with a difference. Comprised of three disparate parts, players can engage in a virtual rendition of the highly competitive Ur. However, Kismet also features Tarot Card reading and daily astrology readings.

Each of these unique experiences is tied together in that of your host. Cosmic forces control the venue as you move between the three components of Kismet, yet the ever-present masked female host – after which the videogame is named – will be ever happy to greet you upon arrival, and warn you to heed the outcome of your readings and fortune.

Upon initial release VRFocus delivered a review of Kismet, stating: “Kismet stands as a great example of invention in VR.”
