After installing Insta360 Studio with the premier pro plugin I found Premier Pro would crash after the video had imported/loaded. Could not fix it until I found this solution.
Windows it should be something like
/AppData/Local/Application Support/Adobe/Common
Mac is
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common
