After beginning the week with leftovers from Halloween we’re going into the territory of biology today with more than a hint of sci-fi before we take our customary weekend break on New To VR.

In the spirit of cinematic adventures Fantastic Voyage and Innerspace developer Booz Allen Hamilton invites you to take a trip into the human body through virtual reality (VR) in their new app CelluVR, in this instance not being shrunk down yourself but piloting a nanobot through the human bloodstreamAs you journey you’ll be able to see the various blood vessels as well as the heart and receive information about where you are through a heads-up-display and overview narration.

CelluVR supports the Oculus Rift DK2 head-mounted display (HMD) and is available as a free download. For additional technical details please see the Oculus VR Share page linked above.
