The Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) may have been around for over 3 years now but virtual reality (VR) is still a very young technology. As such, people working on the device are only just getting to grips with the brand news types of immersive experiences that the tech can offer. One such developer is Korigame Entertainment, a Vancouver-based, one-man studio that’s working with another developer named Dima Kurilchenko to create a brand new VR experience based around a picturesque campfire scene.

The pair’s work on the project is detailed over on Korigame Entertainment’s Twitter profile. The developer, which has previously worked on mobile titles such as Pixel Whale and Squishy Cats, has shared images and GIFs of the progress of the project, which can be seen below. There aren’t many details on exactly what the title will entail right now, though the developer has mentioned that it is working with the Oculus Rift’s second development kit (DK2) right now. It’s not clear if the experience could come to other HMDs right now.

VRFocus will continue to follow any and all VR projects, reporting back with the latest on them.
