Check out this low light video shot with the Insta360 One X is manual mode. Christmas is a perfect time to shoot low light video, with all the Christmas lights.
Setting used: Manual Mode, 1:125 secs, Manual Color Balance (various settings)
This video was also reframed using the Insta360 One X app and put together in Premiere Pro. I used the manual mode and a high shutter speed to ensure the video was smooth. The One X is one of the better 360 cameras for shooting in low light 360 video
