We’re reviewing the EK MLC-Phoenix 360 radiator and CPU cooler, leaving the GPU block out for this benchmark. That makes the EK-MLC Phoenix most comparable to the new Corsair H150i Pro 360mm radiator, which we’ve also benchmarked, and competitive with the NZXT Kraken X62 and EVGA 280 CLC. The EK-MLC Phoenix 360 is another liquid cooler tested in our quest of finding the best CPU coolers for Intel and Ryzen systems, but lands high in the pricing list — nearly $300. That’s because the EK-MLC Phoenix is a semi-open loop design. This cooler uses quick disconnect valves to allow easy loop expansion, including expansion to GPU cooling blocks.
