City Z first came to VRFocus‘ attention in March 2015 when developer Little Cloud Games launched a Steam Greenlight campaign for the title. A month later and the community Greenlit the project. It would be another year until the developer was ready to launch the title, arriving on 29th April 2016 for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive head-mounted displays (HMDs). Through the Steam platform there’s 21 unlockable achievements available and VRFocus has the list below.
The videogame is a top down shooter with procedurally generated scenery, objectives and weather to give a different experience for each run through. City Z can be purchased through Steam for £5.59 GBP, with the soundtrack also available to buy for £1.99.
