It’s an exciting week for virtual reality (VR) gamers as both Oculus VR and Steam have launched summer sales on the same day. There’s lots of bargains to be had on videogames that have been recently released or out for awhile. But there’s also been an influx of new titles for Oculus Rift, with Anshar Wars 2, Dark Days and Final Approach: Pilot Edition all arriving. To add to that list is stealth experience Black Hat Cooperative from Team Future.

Black Hat Cooperative is an award-winning  videogame that pits players and an ally against robot agents that seek to remove you both from the system. The team title has player one in VR, sneaking past agents, collecting treasure, keys, and passwords. While player two sees everything on a map helping to guide your partner whilst being able to hack security and enemies.

The title features 12 levels crawling with robot agents including the grunt, captain, king, or the hunter, who can sniff out the players trail and chase them down. Added into the mix are environment challenges like laser traps and sound-detecting alarms keeping players on their toes.

Available through Oculus Home, Team Future also have a Steam Greenlight campaign running to get it on the videogame platform as well. Via Oculus Home Black Hat Cooperative retails for $7.99 USD, with a comfort rating of moderate.

Originally started as a a weekend game jam project during the 2014 Global Game Jam, the developers then ran a successful Kickstarter crowd-funding campaign creating Team Future and bringing the project to a wider audience.
