Gaming laptops are often things to be double guessed – will it be as powerful as a gaming PC? Is it going to be a waste of money? Well, there shouldn’t be too much worry about the power of XOTIC PC’s newest line of gaming laptops as they will feature NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10-Series graphics cards – and that means they will be ready to handle virtual reality (VR).

XOTIC PC’s latest line of gaming notebooks are made by MSI, Gigabyte Sager, Asus, and others, which are all powered by either NVIDiA GeForce GTX 1060, GTX 1070, or GTX 1080, all of which will use NVIDIA’s Pascal architecture. What this all means is that quality won’t be sacrificed for performance “as each laptop is capable of handling the identical high-performance typically reserved for desktop GPUs.”

It is rare that laptops are able to handle VR as it is usually desktop PCs that customised according to at least the minimum specifications for VR, and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10-Series GPU is “VR Ready certified for optimal virtual reality performance, image quality and low latency”.
