Trail run on Virginia Key MTB trails in Key Biscayne, Florida. This trails are all designed for mountain biking but are a lot of fun, I would recommend to go like we did early before the crowds of mountain bikers take over. This trails were hurt by hurricane Irma just a couple years ago and there is very little coverage from the sun, another reason to go really early. We did all the trails and it was a little over 7 miles in total with 292ft gain, we did it in just a little over an hour. All the trails flow really well and is hard to get lost. I filmed this with the new Insta360 ONE X and has a selfie stick that disappears but I forgot at the Hotel and improvised with a tree branch attached to a tripod…lol.
