There are a huge number of virtual reality (VR) videogames coming to the HTC Vive in time for launch next week, but one that should be on everyone’s radar is The Gallery: Call of the Starseed, the first entry in an episodic adventure series from Cloudhead Games. The title will be launching alongside the HTC Vive on 5th April 2016 and, to mark the occasion, Cloudhead Games has launched a brand new trailer for it. Said trailer can now be seen below.
The trailer provides plenty of new footage of the upcoming title, with brand new environments and puzzles not yet seen in the various preview builds that have been showcased. It provides only the briefest of teases for the title’s story, in which players search for their missing sister, following her trail using the HTC Vive’s Room Scale user-tracking.
Official dates for the remaining episodes of The Gallery have not been set. The title is also planned to arrive on the Oculus Rift with Oculus Touch support and PlayStation VR. Stay tuned to VRFocus for the latest on the project.
