👉 As I change format of “some” new content to “2D” from 3D … I thought a good first effort would be for my wife and I to work together and capture a quick test using my new Insta360 One X 2 as we explore Sangenjaya in Setagaya, Tokyo for first time!
This is not a thorough “testing” video … it is just behind the scenes “as” I test the camera!
I love this camera in so many ways and will probably try to do a review of it and the software soon!
Please keep in mind that I do not have a lot of experience in complicated 2D video shooting/editing but .. we just wanted to dive in and start creating!
I feel the 3D content is too niche and, unfortunately, people can not experience the way it is intended without a head mounted display (like Oculus quest etc)
That.. plus it is very risky to keep bringing the expensive 3D camera out all the time!
One fisheye lens is vulnerable enough but 2 is even worse!!
With covid crisis it is far more difficult, stressing to get out and shoot as often these days.. we use extreme caution when we do!
I’m really quite paranoid to go out anywhere these days BUT for the sake of my sanity I have to escape my self prisoning!
Hoping things get better soon so we can get back to our usual domestic and international adventures!
