HTC are making sure the launch of its new virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD), HTC Vive, will be big, including confirming titles and organising experiences to help boost sales from the beginning. One of the titles to accompany HTC Vive’s launch was confirmed last week, Cloudlands: VR Minigolf, and has now revealed the latest screenshots featuring scenery and obstacles for the golfing videogame.

The golfing title features an 18-hole course where players can work their way through the increasingly skilful levels. Cloudlands will feature obstacles such as ball cannons, floating bridges, and branches across broken wooden paths, testing how you avoid and utilise them. The screenshots below give insight into the dreamy landscapes and challenging endless rocky surroundings. The settings have a medieval-themed look, offering an immersive escape with aesthetically pleasing colour pallets.

The HTC Vive hasn’t been given a definite date yet but is due to begin shipping by the end of April. Other potential launch titles will be Northway Games’ Fantastic Contraption, Cloudhead Games’ The Gallery: Call of the Starseed and Phaser Lock Interactive’s Final Approach.
