Bithell Games has today revealed a brand new trailer for the forthcoming Volume: Coda, a PlayStation VR expansion for the popular PlayStation 4 title, Volume. Set for release later this year, Volume: Coda will be free to all owners of the original release.

Volume: Coda is set to bring 30 new levels, a new story and protagonist, and a brand new perspective thanks to PlayStation VR. Furthermore, a new mechanic is being added thanks to the DualShock 4’s built-in motion-tracking.

According to developer Mike Bithell: “This is very important, we let you scale and rotate the board by moving the controller, you can make swoosh sounds if you want to while doing so.”

Bithell Games has also confirmed that Volume: Coda will be playable at Sony Interactive Entertainment’s showcase following the company’s press conference at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Los Angeles, next week. VRFocus will be in attendance, bringing you all the latest details direct from the show floor.
