After a long wait for the final reveal of the PlayStation VR price and release date, Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) has announced that it will be on sale for $399 USD/ £349.99 GBP, and can be expected October 2016. As well as these announcements, Sony also showed off the contents of what consumers will receive when buying the head-mounted display (HMD)

During the presentation GDC it was revealed that the complete list of components that will be included with the kit are: the PlayStation VR HMD itself, a connection cable for the kit, a HDMI cable, a USB cable, AC power cord, AC adapter, the processing box for creating a separate image to display on TVs, complimentary earphones, and a user manual to tell you how to set up and use the kit.
