Pilot Era (previewed here) posted a firmware update (version 4.7) that improved the stabilization significantly.
Pilot Era is an 8K 360 camera that is unique in having a touchscreen and in-camera stitching with stabilization (it even includes batch exporting). It is by far the easiest professional 360 camera I have used.
Until now, my biggets complaint with the Pilot Era has been that the stabilization wasn’t satisfactory. With the new firmware, the stabilization performance has improved significantly. But will it be good enough? Find out in my upcoming review. Stay tuned!
