Ahead of the official release of EVE: Valkyrie next week, CCP Games has launched a brand new website for the videogame. Frequently considered the poster child of modern virtual reality (VR), EVE: Valkyrie is launching alongside the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) on 28th March 2016, and has been offered for free with all pre-orders.
EVE: Valkyrie is a space combat videogame, orientated around team gameplay modes. Having been in development since the very first Oculus Rift prototype, expectations for CCP Games’ high-end VR title are incredibly high. CCP Games’ other VR release, Gunjack is also coming to Oculus Rift at launch but remains far more limited in scope.
The brand new website for EVE: Valkyrie features information on the ship types available, voice actress Katie Sackoff, and the details of the ‘Founders Pack’ that will be gifted to early adopters and available for purchase thereafter.
