Vibrations seen in the video come from the engine of the jet ski due to the stiff (custom made) camera mount, mounted directly to the frame.
Other than that INSTA360 ONE X performs really good.

Being able to choose the desired camera angle in the post is a game changer, after using 360 cameras for what we do (jet skiing) simply don’t want to go back to the regular non 360 (locked) shots.
