This is a quick video to show you how to find and use the wonderful Freecapture Viewfinder mode in the new Insta360 app, just now simply called, “Insta360”.
I could not find out how to do this anywhere! I emailed the factory and wrote to them through the app.
App bros said it doesn’t exist!

I eventually deciphered the screenshots, and figured it out! I hope this helps you use your Insta360 One X or One R to the fullest because keyframes SUCK and so does the autotrack. Viewfinder FTW!!!
You Insta360 One R users: I’m thinking of upgrading to the R, I currently have the X. Is it worth it? Let me know why or why not in the comments!
