This shot from Insta360 One directly downloaded to Windows 10 PC. Firstly, edited in Insta360 Studio. Then added stabilization effect in Premiere Pro CC. Comparison between without stabilization (left view) and with stabilization effect (right view).
With stabilization effect, smooth motion set to 10%, the view was auto-cropped by Premiere Pro.
Since i am using Android phone, no ‘Flowstate’ involved.
