PC Insta360 Studio using keyframes trying to match the IOS app footage.
Both produced at default 1920*1080 frame but IOS app at higher bitrate.
More works and time consumed on PC Insta360 Studio compared to IOS app. You have to export the video with stabilization, then use the stabilized video to edit for final result. Export speed depends on your PC capability.
For Android users, this is the only way to get flowstate.
