Along with the launch of PushyPixel’s VRock, a second music visualiser is now available for Gear VR. Presence Labs’ GrooVR is a very versatile music software, allowing users to import streaming music from services such as Spotify and SoundCloud.

Billed as ‘music driven virtual reality’, GrooVR is aiming to push the boundaries of traditional music visualisation software by offering more than simple reactive neon. Visual journeys will take the user through unique landscapes and environments, in addition to more familiar backdrops. 2 music visualisation experiences are available currently, with more to follow.

GrooVR is now available to download from the Oculus Home application for free and is compatible with all editions of the Gear VR head-mounted display (HMD). VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details on GrooVR and future releases from Presence Labs.
