Last December saw the release of the official trailer for Enhance Games’ virtual reality (VR) reboot of the Dreamcast classic, Rez Infinite. Now during the three-day E3 event this year in the Los Angeles Convention Center, the title will be available to play at the PlayStation booth.

The only gameplay that has been shown is in the trailer, but now E3-goers will be able to try out the VR title themselves on the PlayStation VR head-mounted display (HMD). The title is as rich in colour as it is in action as players rrun along rails to shoot at enemies with shapes flying around the screen. As the player shoots at their targets, it then in turn creates music in real-time.

As well as Rez Infinite, there will also be a chance to try out a range of other PSVR titles during the event, including EVE: Valkyrie, Harmonix Music VR, Headmaster, Super Hypercube, Thumper, Wayward Sky, 100ft Robot Golf, Battlezone, and Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin.

Those attending E3 will be able to play Rez Infinite and other PlayStation titles at the PlayStation booth in the West Hall of the L.A. Convention Center throughout the event that is from 14th through to the 16th June, starting tomorrow. It still isn’t clear when the title will be launching for, but it can be expected after the launch of the PlayStation VR this October.
