Littlstar, a 360-degree video content provider whose app can be found across a range of platforms, has now announced it’ll be exclusively live streaming a performance by EDM artist Hardwell later this month. Through Littlstars app Hardwell fans across the globe will be able to experience his Miami Music Week performance at Nikki Beach on 16th, March 2016.

The Dutch DJ has become one of the most nominated artists in the annual International Dance Music Awards (IDMA’s) in Miami, with twelve nominations. They include ‘Best Solo Artist’ and ‘Best Global DJ’ amongst others.

The live stream event has been made possible through a collaboration with VRB, LeaseWeb and Littlstar. VBR is a virtual reality (VR) broadcasting company providing a state-of-the-art 360-degree camera, equipped with two fish-eye lenses that can stitch footage on the spot. While LeaseWeb will be providing the content delivery network (CDN) for the live stream.

To watch the event download the Littlstar app for VR headsets like Samsungs Gear VR, or on iOS or Android. You’ll also be able to watch through Apple TV and via the web. For a preview watch the video below which can be controlled with a mouse or WASD keys.
