Duende Musica Release Official 360 Music Video

Back in early August Duende Musica revealed a 360 degree video teaser trailer for the bands upcoming single “Lapiz y Goma”. The band, which mixes salsa, reggae, hiphop and latin fusion together has now released the single, along with the full version of the immersive 360 degree video.

The Duende Musica music video is recorded between dilapidated vacant buildings, with a zombie theme. Alongside various members of the band dressed as the undead, the video features fire eaters and Mexican themed wrestlers fighting.

The 360 degree VR video can be viewed via a compatible browser and controlled with a mouse or the WASD keys. It can also be viewed on a smartphone with the YouTube app for the 360 degree experience. If you own a Google Cardboard or similar head-mounted display (HMD) you can view the video through the YouTube app for a more immersive experience.

Several bands have employed 360 degree virtual reality (VR) technology into their latest music videos. This includes Foals with Mountain At My Gates, The Donnies The Amys with Runaround and Fever The Ghost with “1518”.

VRFocus will continue to follow all the latest news on VR from the music industry, reporting back any further announcements.
