Workout 19.4 was:

For total time:
3 rounds of:
10 snatches
12 bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar-facing burpees

Men snatch 95 lb., the minimum acceptable weights in kilograms are 43 kg.

Time cap: 12 minutes

My judge was Marc Hell and the snatches also felt like hell right from the beginning 😉

Unfortunately, I couldn’t perform my 2nd unaided bar muscle up during 19.4, it would have been great, no doubt! Just have to keep on training them so I will have locked them in
