There’s a few months to go before the Develop: Brighton conference in July but its now been announced that Bossa Studios will be part of the keynote address. The Surgeon Simulator developer will be part of a double bill with the slot shared with videogame industry legends Hideo Kojima and Mark Cerny.

For its keynote Bossa with be discussing how breakthroughs in technology surprised, inspired, helped and sometimes annoyed them over the last couple of years. Titled ‘Reach for the Sky: Why Disruptive Technology Deserves Disruptive Design’, Imre Jele, Sylvain Cornillon and Vince Farquharson will take attendees through their experiments with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) and much more.

There will be lots more VR talks and sessions going on and if you wish to take advantage of the super early bird ticket prices you’ll need to be quick. The offer ends tomorrow, 27th April, with a three day pass currently at £565 GBP then going up to £660. This is an early bird rate until 8th June, after which standard prices will kick in rising to £820. There’s also single and two day passes available at cheaper prices.
